Troubleshooting the Wi-Fi/iPad Connection
If you are having trouble seeing the TouchMix Wi-Fi network on your iPad (Settings > Wi-Fi > Devices), there are a few things you can do.
1. Make sure the Wi-Fi dongle is the one supplied with your TouchMix, and that it is plugged into the TouchMix USB slot all the way.
2. On your TouchMix, go to Menu > Mixer Setup > Network section, and touch the Reset Network button.
3. Make sure there are no other TouchMix mixers in the area with the same SSID (Mixer Name). If there are, change the name(s) as necessary.
4. Power-cycle your iPad. Press and hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until the iPad goes off. Press and hold both buttons again until the iPad
restarts.
5. Make sure you are close enough to the mixer. You can test this by locating your iPad right next to the TouchMix and wait a few minutes. If you see
the TouchMix network, move back to the point at which the network starts becoming unstable. You may see a message indicating that the network
is intermittent.
6. Turn the mixer off, then back on. If turning the mixer off is not possible at the time, remove the dongle and replace it. Perform the normal network
