("QSC")

THE
PURCHASING
CUSTOMER

RIGHTS
THAT

DEPENDING
UPON
YOUR

TERRITORY,
PROVINCE,

COUNTRY.
OTHER
THAN
AS
PERMITIED
BY
LAW,
QSC
DOES
NOT
EXCLUDE,
LIMIT
OR
SUSPEND
OTHER
RIGHTS
YOU
MAY
HAVE,
INCLUDING
THOSE
THAT
MAY
ARISE
FROM
THE
NONCONFORMITY
OF
A
SALES
CONTRACT.
FOR
A
FULL
UNDERSTANDING
OF
YOUR
RIGHTS
YOU
SHOULD
CONSULT

LAWS
OF
YOUR
STATE,
TERRITORY,
PROVINCE,
OR
COUNTRY.
QSC
warrants
the
QSC-manufactured
hardware,
products,
and
accessories
contained
in
the
original
packaging
("QSC
Product")
against
defects
in
materials
and
workmanship
when
used
normally
in
accordance
with
QSC's
published
guidelines
for
a
period
("Warranty
Period").
The
Warranty
Period
is
the
greater
of
(i)
three
(3)
years
from
the
date
of
purchase,
or
(ii)
the
minimum
period
required
under
the
local
laws
where
the
QSC
Product
is
purchased.
QSC's
published
guidelines
include
but
are
not
limited
to,
information
contained
in
technical
specifications,
user
manuals
,
and
service
communications.
QSC
is
not
responsible
for
any
damage
or
injury
arising
from
failure
to
fol
l
ow
instructions
relating
to
the
proper
use
of
any
QSC
Product.
For
accessories
or
non-serialized
products
without
date
-cod
es,
the
warranty
period
is
ninety
(90)
days
.
Notwithstanding
the
foregoing,
the
Warranty
Period
for
QSC
Touch
Mix
is
the
greater
of
(i)
one
(1)
year
from
the
date
of
purchase,
or
(ii)
the
minimum
period
required
under
the
local
laws
where
QSC
TouchMix
is
purchased.

be

Warranty
Exclusions
.
This
limited
warranty
does
not
apply
to
any
non-QSC
branded
hardware
products
or
any
software,
even
if
pac
k
aged
or
sold
with
QSC
Products(s).
Manufacturers,
suppliers,
or
publishers
other
than
QSC
may
provide
their
own
warra
n
ties
to
you,
but
QSC
in
so
far
as
permitted
by
law,
provides
the
associated
software
includ
ed
with
their
QSC
Product
s
on
an
"AS
IS"
ba
sis.
Software
distributed
by
QSC,
wi
th
or
without
the
QSC
trad
e
mark
is
not
covered
by
this
limited
warranty.
Please
refer
to
the
licensing
agreement
accompanying
the
software
for
details
of
your
rights
with
respect
to
its
use.
Thi
s
limited
warranty
does
not
apply
:
(a)
to
consumable
parts,
such
as
batteries,
unless
failure
has
occurred
due
to
a
defect
in
materia
ls
or
workmanship;
(b)
to
cosmetic
damage,
including
but
not
limited
to
scratches,
dents
,
and
broken
plastic
on
ports;
(c)
to
damage
caused
by
use
with
another
product;
(d)
to
damage
caused
by
accident,
abuse,
mi
s
us
e,
fl
ooding,
immer
s
ion
or
spillage
of
fluids,
fire
,
earthquake
,
acts
of
God,
or
oth
er
external
causes;
(e)
to
damage
caused
by
operating
the
QSC
Product
outside
QSC's
published
guidelines;
(f)
to
damage
caused
by
service
(including
upgrades
and
expansions)
performed
by
anyone
who
is
not
an
authori
z
ed
representative
of
QSC
;
(g)
to
a
QSC
Product
that
has
been
modified
to
alter
functionality
or
capability
without
the
written
permission
of
QSC;
(h)
to
defects
caused
by
normal
wear
and
tear
or
otherwise
due
to
t
he
normal
aging
of
the
QSC
Product,
(i)
to
products
purchased
from
an
unauthorized
dealer
or
online
vendor,
or
G)
if
any
serial
number
has
been
removed,
altered
or
defaced
from
the
QSC
Product.
Th
e
duration
of
any
implied
warrantie
s,
including
the
implied
warranty
of
me
rchantability
,
is
limit
ed
to
the
duration
of
th
e
express
warranties
herein.
QSC

by

incidental
and
con

equential
dama
ges
,
including
lo
ss
of
time,
inconve

ien
ce,
or
lo
ss
of

se
of
the

a
ratu
s,
for
a
ny

eac

Product

Failure
to
follow
th
e
sa
fety
in
s
tructions
and/or
ma
int
e
nance
and
repa
ir
recomm
e
ndation
s
contained
in
th
e
User
Manual
void
s a
ll
express
and/or
implied
warra
n
tie
s
applicable
to
QSC
Products.
Proper
care
and
maintenance
can
add
years
to
the
life
of
QSC
hardware
.
Improper
care
and
maintenance
may
vo
id
manufacturer
warranties
stated
herein
and
cause
permanent
damage
to
the
hardware.
For
any
discontinued
QSC
Products
,
se
rvice
is
subject
to
parts
availability.
Advanc
ed
technology,
such
as
the
u
se
of
mod
e
rn
materi
als
and
pow
e
rful
electronics,
requires
spec
ially
adapted
maintenance
and
repa
ir
methods.
To
avoid
a
dan
ge
r
of
s
ub
s
equ
e
nt
dama
ge
to
QSC
Product
s,
injurie
s
to
per
so
ns
and/or
the
creation
of
additional
s
afety
hazard
s,
all
maintenance
or
re
pair
work
to
QSC
Products
sho
uld
be
performed
only
by
a
QSC
authorized
s
ervi
ce
station
or
an
a
uthoriz
ed
QSC
International
Distributor.
QSC
is
not
r.
es
pon
s
ibl
e
for
a
ny
injury,
harm
or
related
dam
ages
a
ri
s
ing
from
a
ny
failure
of
the
cus
t
omer,
owner
or
u
se
r
of
th
e
QS
C
Products
to

Replacement.
QSC
will,
at
it
s
option,
replac

or
re
pair

fective
products
whe

the

occurs

nder
normal
installation
and

ed

the

fective

Product
is
return
ed
to
the
original
point
of
purcha
se,

QSC

with

but
will
not
p
ro
vide
any
r
ec
overy
or
transfer
of
so
ftw
a
re
or
dat
a
co
ntained
on
th
e
se
rvi
ce
d
QSC
Product
unit
not
o
rigin
a
lly
included
in
th
e
QSC
Product.
If
QSC
is
unable
to
repair
or
re
place
th
e
product,
it
will
re
fund
the
lesser
of
either
th
e
current
value
of
the
product
at
th
e
ti
me
the
warr
a
nty
cl
a
im
is
made
or
th
e
purcha
se
pric
e.
