Problem
n ActiveSync is
connected, but data
or information cannot
be transferred.

over-the-air
synchronization.
Solution
Check the Sync Options on
ActiveSync Manager menu on
your desktop computer to see if
the information type of the program
you want has been selected for
synchronizing. See more details

Chapter 7.
You have to have installed Microsoft
Mobile Information Server.
