“No system disk” is
displayed
The WebCCTV doesn’t find a suitable storage device to boot
from.
No operating system is installed on the hard disk
o Try to re-install the WebCCTV software (see
chapter 3)
The hard disk malfunctions
o Check the cables which connect the hard disk to
the motherboard
o Contact HP or the WebCCTV distributor
WebCCTV doesn’t boot
and emits beep sounds
A hardware device malfunctioned.
The RAM memory malfunctions
o Check if the RAM memory is correctly inserted
o Replace damaged RAM memory
o Replace any RAM memory that is not compatible
with the WebCCTV
o Contact HP or the WebCCTV distributor
Another component malfunctions
o Contact HP or the WebCCTV distributor
The keyboard or mouse
doesn’t function
a) The lights (LED) on the input device don’t function.
Cables not properly connected
o Make sure that the mouse or keyboard cable is
firmly connected to the WebCCTV
Input device broken
o Check the mouse or keyboard on another PC
b) The lights (LED) on the input device function, but there is no
reaction on movement.
Input device connected by PS/2
o Reboot the unit
Input device connected by USB
o Disconnect the device and connect it again
