FCC Radio-Frequency Exposure:

This device has been tested for compliance with FCC RF Exposure (SAR) limits in the
typical laptop computer configuration and this device can be used in desktop or laptop
computers with side mounted Cardbus slots which can provide 2 cm separation distance
from the antenna to the body of the user or a nearby person.
This device cannot be used with handheld PDAs (personal digital assistants). This
device and its antenna must not be co-located or operated in conjunction with any other
antenna or transmitter.
This product does not contain any user serviceable components. Any unauthorized
product changes or modifications will invalidate warranty and all applicable regulatory
certifications and approvals.

subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful

provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation.
