2.3.4 Channel bonding configuration (40 MHz mode) 1
The commands to enable channel bonding are as follows: 2
aniSdkTool -s bond 0 1 3
aniSdkTool -s cga 4
The commands to disable channel bonding (i.e. set to 20 MHz mode) are as follows: 5
aniSdkTool -s bond 0 0 6
aniSdkTool -s cga 7
2.3.5 Radar probability test mode configuration 8
9
To enable the AP for probability test mode, the following command is used: 10
dump 19 1 11
To disable probability test mode and allow the AP to switch channels upon radar detection, the 12
following command is used: 13
dump 19 0 14
In radar probability test mode, the AP will not switch the channel upon detecting radar; instead 15
the AP remains on the same channel and prints a message on the console upon detecting radar 16
pulses. This allows the tester to continuously issue radar pulses without reconfiguring the AP 17
with the target frequency multiple times. 18
When in test mode, the output on the console of LP2 will be similar to the following: 19
20
halIsFalseRadarTrigger: 402: AGC_RDET_RADAR_DETECTED_REG : 7 21
********** Detected a genuine radar, radarPW=110, NumPulse=4 ************ 22
halRadar_ProcessDetectInd: 513: Radar interrupt testing in progress... 23
24
2.3.5.1 Radar parking control (Channel Availability Check Control) 25
26
To avoid the channel availability check (i.e. disable radar parking), use the following commands: 27
aniSdkTool -s dfs 0 9 0 28
aniSdkTool -s cga 29
To enable radar parking, use the following commands: 30
aniSdkTool -s dfs 0 9 1 31
aniSdkTool -s cga 32
When DFS selects a radar channel, it parks on that channel for 60 seconds before starting the AP 33
to insure that the channel is radar free. Sometimes this delay might be a nuisance when 34
performing DFS testing. 35
2.3.6 Choosing persistency of the radar channel information 36
Disable persisting radar channel, use the following commands: 37
aniSdkTool -s dfs 0 7 0 38
