8 Module ODM Checklist
The party listed below will manufacture QTI Certified Modules in accordance with the
instructions specified in this document and any other documents referenced herein.
 The module ODM manufacturer will inform Qualcomm Technologies Inc. (“QTI”) of any
planned changes or deviations from the electrical and mechanical design specifications that
were provided by QTI for certified modules. The module ODM manufacturer will not
implement changes without QTI’s prior written permission.
 The module ODM manufacturer will secure QTI’s written consent before providing certified
modules to any OEM integrator /system integrator that QTI has not previously approved.
 The module ODM manufacturer will ensure that the Module is labeled as specified in these
instructions.
 Prior to providing a module to any OEM Integrator /system integrators, the Module ODM
manufacturer will ensure the module is programmed with a maximum transmit power level
that does not exceed the levels specified in these instructions.
Qualcomm requests that each module ODM manufacturer acknowledge its receipt of this
document and the above instructions. You may contact Qualcomm with any questions
concerning this document or your responsibilities as a module ODM manufacturer.
