NOTE: The Qualcomm Technologies Inc. (“QTI”) reference design radio module (the “Module”) is
designed for use only in those countries in which QTI has obtained certificates of compliance in
accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The Module may not be sold, operated or
incorporated into products for use in any countries other than those designated by QTI. See
Section 3 herein. In addition, any deviation from the settings, methods, conditions and restrictions
for integration of the Module into a host system, as detailed in this document, could be a violation
