Assemble Sawhorse as indicated by diagram shown below: 1) Ensure Sawhorse Legs and
Locking Strap components lap right over left when in an upright position; 2) Insert bolt through
top of Sawhorse Legs and tighten with
10mm wrench until snug; 3) Insert bolt through center
of both Locking Straps, secure with nut, and tighten with
10mm wrench until snug; 4) In order,
insert bolt through Sawhorse Leg, washer, Locking Strap, and Pinch Guard, secure with nut, and
tighten with
10mm wrench until snug. DO NOT over-torque nuts.

WARNING
NEVER use Sawhorse as a scaffold or for purposes of fall protection. NEVER make any connections to
Sawhorse. Sawhorse must be stable during use. NEVER climb or lean on Sawhorse. Use away from
hazards including, but not limited to, extreme temperature, corrosive substances, and electrical shock.
With extended use, Sawhorse Leg Brackets may loosen from the 2”x4” cross-member. Prior to
EACH use, check gripping teeth for maximum contact with wood to ensure stability of Sawhorse
system. Always use your foot to clamp and unclasp Sawhorse Legs from 2“x4” board. Locking
Straps may injure hand or fingers if used to open and close Sawhorse Leg Brackets.
