Programming the multi-function
buttons
The Multi-function Keyboard Utility lets you change the actions of some of
the multi-function buttons.
To program the multi-function buttons:
1 Click Start, then select Settings, then Control Panel. The Control Panel
window opens. If you do not see the
Multi-function Keyboard icon, click
view all Control Panel options.
2 Double-click the Multi-function Keyboard icon. The Gateway
Multi-function Keyboard Utility dialog box opens.
3 Click the tab corresponding to the multi-function button to make
changes to its function, then click
OK. To see which button each tab
corresponds to, see “Multi-function buttons” on page 40.
