E. ECG Electrodes
The ECG Electrodes are conductors placed on the skin of the chest for transmitting the
signal generated by the beating of the heart. The signal is transmitted to the body
monitor for amplification and processing into the ECG signal.

Attention:
 Before attaching the ECG electrodes, make sure that the skin surface is clean.
It may necessary to wipe the skin clean with a wet towel or alcohol swabs then
wait for it to dry before attachment.
 Electrodes are not re-usable.
 If the skin at the attachment point shows signs of a rash/blisters/reddening or
other discomfort, please contact the medial personnel or physician.
