Common
Problem Presumable cause  Suggested solution
Noise

There is an electromagnetic-wave generator such as a
cellular phone near the unit or Cigarette Lighter Adapter
(included) or AC Charger (option).
 Keep the electromagnetic-wave generator such as a
cellular phone away from the unit and the wiring of
the unit. In case the noise cannot be eliminated due
to the wiring harness of the car, consult your dealer
or authorized Panasonic Servicenter.
Some operations are not
executable.
l
Some operations are not executable in particular modes
such as menu mode.
 Read the Operating Instructions carefully and cancel the
mode. If the unit is still out of order, consult your dealer.
The power of the unit fails
unintentionally.
l
The safety device works.
 Consult your dealer or your nearest Panasonic
Servicenter.
The navigation unit is warm.
l
It has been running for a long period.
 If the navigation is functioning normally, this is not
a problem.
