Basic Calls and Phone Use
2 When you use a headset, you can accept a call by pressing or holding the button on it.
2 You can set your phone to answer a call by pressing any key except . See p.19 “Answer options” .
2 If you are making a call, the phone gives priority to receiving a call unless you have already pressed .
Rejecting a call

When you use the headset, you can also reject an incoming call by pressing and holding the button on it.
You can also choose to put your calls on hold or to activate

Call diversion
. These
options are dependent on your network and subscription plans with your local service provider.
If a call is received but not answered, the screen will display a telephone-shaped icon and the
caller’s information is stored in
Missed calls
(p.18). Information of received and answered
calls are stored in
Received calls
(p.18).
, Calling line identification is subscription and network dependent. If you have
subscribed to the service and the caller has allowed his number to be transmitted
over the network, the number of the caller or the corresponding name will be
displayed on the LCD screen.

During a call, Left Softkey to display the following options menu:

Hands free/
Hands held
Activates or deactivates the speaker phone function (This function
is turned off while wired/Bluetooth headset is connected).
2 You can also toggle the speaker phone function on/off by pressing and
holding during a call.
Mute Mutes or unmutes your voice to all active calls. You can mute the
sound from the mouthpiece during a call (Not available while using
the headset). When your call is muted, the other party cannot hear
any sound from your phone, but you can still hear the sound from
the other party. The mute function is automatically released after
the call ends.
Volume Adjusts the volume.
Hold Puts the call(s) on hold.
Conference Merges calls and makes a multi-party call.
