Phonebook
☛  /  till the Groups list screen is displayed ➔ Select the desired Groups list ➔
View group to display the entries in the selected group.
Assigning a ringtone/melody to a group
☛ With the Groups list screen displayed, select the desired group ➔ Set ring tone ➔
The
Sounds folder is displayed ➔ Select a sound file.
2 If the personal setting for the ringer is also set, it has priority over that of the Group setting.
Changing group image
☛ With the Groups list screen displayed, select the desired group ➔ Group image ➔
Select a new group image.
Changing group name
☛ With the Groups list screen displayed, select the desired group name ➔ Rename
group ➔ Changes the group name ➔ Left Softkey to save the change.
Removing phonebook record from group
☛ To remove a phonebook record from the allocated group, change the Group field in a
phonebook record to
<No group> and save the change.
☛ To remove all members from a group, select the desired group from the Groups list
screen
➔ Remove entries ➔ Left Softkey to confirm the removing of all the members.

Phonebook list icons
Calling phone numbers from phonebook
The phone numbers in your personal phonebook can be located and then called using one of
the following methods:
☛ ➔ Phonebook ➔ Lists ➔ Display the desired directory.
☛  /  to highlight a phonebook record you wish to make a call to ➔ .
☛ When dialing the number in the phonebook (Phone), the Phone number screen will be
displayed ➔ Choose a phone number you wish to make a call to ➔ to dial the
number.

The record is stored in Phone. The record belongs to Colleagues (in
the default setting).
The record is stored in SIM. The record belongs to Family (in the
default setting).
The record is stored in FDN
(Protected SIM).
The record belongs to Biz partner (in
the default setting).
The record belongs to Friends
(in the default setting).
The record belongs to VIP (in the
default setting).
