Phonebook
Moving / Copying from phone to SIM / SIM to phone
☛ Select a record in the SIM / Phone directory ➔ Move to phone (or Move to SIM ),
Copy to phone (or Copy to SIM ) or Copy all to phone (or Copy all to SIM ) ➔ Left
Softkey to confirm.
2 When moving/copying a phonebook record in the phonebook (Phone) with more than one phone number
in one record, the Phone number screen is displayed to choose which number you wish to move/copy.
Sending SMS/i-mail/MMS from the phonebook

Select the phonebook record you wish to send SMS/i-mail/MMS to ➔ Send as SMS /
Send as i-mail / Send as MMS .

Searching by a record number
☛ With the phonebook directory you wish to search displayed ➔ Left Softkey ➔ Go to
location ➔ Key in the record number of the phonebook record you are searching ➔
Left Softkey.
Sorting a list

With the Phone / SIM directory displayed ➔ Sort ➔ Alphabetic to sort alphabetically
or Location to sort by the Record no. .
2 Sorting may take time depending on the number of personal data entries, the number of characters
contained in each record and the type of language.
Call options
☛ ➔ Phonebook ➔ Call options .
