Accessory
The Accessory provides you with various functions as listed below: Bluetooth , Organizer
(
Scheduler , ToDo list , Notepad ), Clock ( Alarm clock , Auto off , Auto on , Countdown ,
Stopwatch ), Calculator ( Calculator , Currency conv. ), Composer , Voice memo .

Organizer
Scheduler
The Scheduler allows you to set up reminders and appointments for a particular time and day
(up to 50 agendas can be stored, shared with the ToDo list tasks). Time and date must be
preset first before the calendar can work correctly. When an agenda is activated and the start
time reaches, a signal tone can be heard.
, Make sure that the Scheduler function is not activated when entering premises
where use of mobile phone is prohibited.
, Even if the phone has been switched off, the phone automatically switches itself on
at the specified time if the Agenda function is turned on.

☛ ➔ Accessory ➔ Organizer ➔ Scheduler ➔ Left Softkey.
Setting a new agenda
☛ ➔ Accessory ➔ Organizer ➔ Scheduler .
☛ Left Softkey ➔ Agenda ➔ Select <Add new> .
☛ Highlight the Type field ➔  /  or Right Softkey to change the type of task.
☛ Highlight the Description field ➔ Key in the necessary details for this agenda.
☛ Highlight the Status field ➔  /  or Right Softkey to Activate or Deactivate the
reminder
☛ Highlight the Reoccurrence field ➔  /  or Right Softkey to change the
reoccurrence of the reminder:
Once , Daily , Weekly , Month , Annual . If you choose
Weekly , move down to the next field ➔ Highlight the required day(s) of the week ➔
Right Softkey to display a tick in the respective check box.
☛ Highlight the Start date / Start time / End date / End time field ➔ Key in the date/time.
Scheduler options menu (while the calendar is displayed)
Week/Month Toggles the calendar display in week or month.
Agenda Sets the agenda.
