Basic Definitions
In this document: (1) “w e , ” “ us, ” “our , ” and “ Sprint” me an
Sprint Solutions, Inc ., as contracting agent on behalf
of the applicable Sprint affiliated entitie s providing the
products and Ser vice s; ( 2) “y ou, ” “y our , ” “customer , ” and
“ user ” me an an account holder with us or an y user of
our De vice s or Ser vice s; (3) “De vice ” me ans an y phone ,
air card, mobile br oadband device , an y other device ,
acce ssor y , or other pr oduct that w e pro vide y ou, w e
sell to y ou, or is activ e on y our account with us; and
( 4) “ Ser vice ” me ans Sprint-branded off er s, r ate plans,
options, wir ele ss ser vice s, billing ser vice s, applications,
progr ams, pr oducts, sof tw are , or De vice s on y our
account with us. “ Ser vice( s)” also include s an y other
pr oduct or ser vice that w e off er or pro vide to you that
ref erence s the se General T erms and Conditions of
Ser vice (“ T s&C s ”).
The S er vice A greement
These T s&C s are par t of y our ser vice agreement
with us (the “ A gr eement”) and constitute a contract
under which w e pro vide you Ser vice s under terms
and conditions that you accept. THIS A GREEMENT
CONTAINS A MAND A T OR Y ARBITRA TION PR O VISION
WITH A CL A SS W AIVER , A REPRESENT A TIVE A CTION
W AIVER , AND A JURY W AIVER PR O VISION. In addition to
the se T s&C s, ther e are se ver al parts of the A gr eement,
which include s but is not limited to the f ollowing: (i) the
subscriber agreement and tr ansaction materials that
you r eceiv e and accept; (ii) the plan( s) that you chose
as set f or th in our written ser vice s and tr ansaction
materials that w e pro vide or ref er you to during the
sale s tr ansaction, including on-line and telephone
tr ansactions (if y our ser vice plan is not specifically
set f or th in an y in-stor e brochur e or printed materials,
the r equirements and terms set f or th in the current
written A gr eement and tr ansaction materials apply);
(iii) an y confirmation materials and inv oice s that w e
may pro vide to you; and (iv) the terms set f or th in the
co ver age map brochur e s. I t is impor t ant that you
carefully r e ad all of the terms of the A gr eement.
A dditional T erms
A dditional terms will apply when you use cer t ain
applications, progr ams, De vice s, and ser vice s, and
the se terms will be provided to you prior to y our use of
the items. Depending on who pro vide s the items, the
terms may come fr om Sprint or a thir d par ty . Y ou are
subject to an y terms provided b y the thir d par ty , and
the terms are directly betw een you and that thir d par ty .
Sprint is not r e sponsible f or the se thir d-par ty items and
associated terms. A dditional terms will also apply if
you activate Ser vice s as par t of a bundle with another
compan y’ s ser vice s (f or e xample , cable ser vice s,
home phone ser vice s, etc .). The additional terms f or
bundled Ser vice s may either modif y or r eplace cer t ain
pro visions in the se T s&C s, including terms r elating to
activation, inv oicing, payment, and disputing charge s.
Also , a diff er ent dispute r e solution pro vision may apply
to ser vice s provided b y another compan y (the dispute
r e solution pro visions in this A gr eement will still apply
to our Ser vice s). Y ou will be provided det ails on an y
additional terms with y our selection of an y bundled
