Our dat a Ser vice s and y our De vice may allo w you
to acce ss the Internet, te xt, pictur e s, video , game s,
gr aphics, music , email, applications, sound, and
other materials (“Dat a Content”) or send Dat a Content
else wher e . Some Dat a Content is a v ailable fr om us or
our v endor s, while other Dat a Content can be acce ssed
fr om other s (f or e xample , thir d par ty w ebsite s, game s,
ringer s, applications, etc .). W e make absolutely no
guarantee s about the Dat a Content that you acce ss
on y our De vice . Dat a Content ma y be: ( 1 ) unsuit able
f or children/ minors; ( 2) unr eliable or inaccur ate; or
(3) off ensiv e , indecent, or objectionable . Y ou’ r e solely
r e sponsible f or e valuating the Dat a Content acce ssed
b y you or an y one thr ough your Ser vice s. W e strongly
r ecommend that you monitor dat a usage b y children/

tr ansmitted o ver our netw ork s, or stored b y Sprint may
be deleted, modified, or damaged. Y ou may not be able
to make or r eceiv e v oice calls while using dat a Ser vice s.
Dat a Content provided b y our v endor s or thir d par tie s
is subject to cancellation or termination at an y time
without notice to y ou, and you may not r eceiv e a refund
f or an y unused portion of the Dat a Content.
Specific T erms & R e strictions On Using
D a ta S er vice s
In addition to the rule s f or using all of our other Ser vice s,
unle ss w e identif y the Ser vice or De vice that you ha v e
selected as specifically intended f or that purpose (f or
e xample , wir ele ss router s, Dat a Link, etc .), you can ’t
use our dat a Ser vice s: (1) with ser ver device s or host
computer applications or other s ystems that driv e
continuous, he a vy tr affic or dat a se ssions; ( 2) as a
substitute or back up f or priv ate line s or fr ame r ela y
connections; or (3) f or an y other unintended use as w e
determine in our sole discr etion. W e r eser v e the right
to limit, suspend, or constr ain an y he a vy , continuous
dat a usage that adver sely impacts our netw ork s ’
per f ormance or hinder s acce ss to our netw ork s. If y our
Ser vice s include W eb or dat a acce ss, you also can ’t
use y our De vice as a modem f or computer s or other
equipment, unle ss w e identif y the Ser vice or De vice you
ha v e selected as specifically intended f or that purpose
(f or e xample , with “ phone as modem” plans, Sprint
Mobile Br oadband car d plans, wir ele ss router plans,
etc .).
