The L200 holds one removable 6-cartridge magazine (see figure 19).
Slots are labeled 1 through 6 (the OCP recognizes these slots as
cartridges 0-5).
The remaining two slots (7 and 8) are fixed and internal (the OCP
recognizes these slots as 6 and 7). They are located behind the
removable magazine next to the internal drive.
Caution:
Do not press the metal tabs on the left of the magazine.
Caution:
To prevent cartridge jams, use the space on the front of the
cartridge for labels.
Note:
Use physical slot 1 (OCP slot 0) when performing a drive microcode
update; use physical slot 8 (OCP slot 7) when using the optional
autoclean mode (see figure 19).
Note:
Insert and remove all cartridges at the
front
of the magazine.
Note:
The tape is write-protected if the orange indicator is visible.
The tape is write-enabled if the orange indicator is not visible.
