radio receives an incoming signal that with match 2-Tone/MDC1200.
Red LED solidly glows while encoding; orange LED solidly glows until the preset
time expires after encoding ends.
Green LED solidly glows while decoding; orange LED flashes until the preset time
expires after successfully decoded.
Safety Check
If Safety Check is set on the current channel, press the programmed Call/Callkey.
The radio will transmit a check code to the another radio checked, Once a radio
receives a safety check signal, an alert tone sounds requesting the user to make
some operation (pressing any key). Should the user not respond to a safety check
signal then a defined emergency procedure is activated.
Channel Annunciation
Press the programmed Channel Annunciation key, if two beep are heard, the Channel
Annunciation will be canceled. Upon re-turn on radio, the current channel number will not
be heard.
If one beep is heard, the Channel Annunciation will be enabled. Upon re-turn on radio, the
current channel number will be heard.
Please select the volume level as "1", when using an earpiece.
Channel Annunciation Temporary Enable
Press the programmed Channel Annunciation Control key, may activate the following two
situations :
a) If the current channel number is heard :
Press the function key, if two beeps are heard, the Channel Annunciation will be temprorily
canceled. Upon re-turn on radio, the current channel number will be heard.
If one beep is heard, the Channel Annunciation will be temprorily enabled. Upon re-turn
on radio, the current channel number will be heard.
b) If the current channel number is not heard :
Press the function key, if two beeps are heard, the Channel Annunciation will be temprorily
canceled. Upon re-turn on radio, the current channel number will not be heard.
If one beep is heard, the Channel Annunciation will be temprorily enabled. Upon re-turn
