* For wooden ceiling:
1.Position the track below the outlet box
where it is to be installed.
2.Mark the location of the 2 track mounting
holes at each end of the track.
3.Drill 2 holes at the marked place.
4.Secure the track screw through the hole of
the track and toggle bolt, then attach the
toggle bolt into the hole of the wooden
ceiling until the toggle bolt was locked.
* For cement ceiling:
1.Position the track below the outlet box
where it is to be installed.
2.Mark the location of the 2 track mounting
holes at each end of the track.
3.Drill two holes at the marked place.
4.Insert the wall plug through the hole of
the ceiling, then attach the track screw
through the hole of the track, and secure the
track screw to the wall plug.
