Description
Configures the Primary WINS Server Address. This value is used for WINS lookups, if the lookup fails
using the value from wl-dns1 or wl-dns2. If the DHCP Client is enabled, the wl-wins1 value will be
updated (if the DHCP Server provides one).
Default is 0.0.0.0.
