 <Mode>: Working mode of the analog input alarm (+RESP :GTAIS).
 0: Disable analog input alarm.
 1: Enable analog input alarm. If the current input voltage is within the range of (<Min
Threshold>, <Max Threshold>), the alarm will be triggered.
