L70, an SMD type module, brings the high performance of MTK posioning engine to the industrial applicaons with compact
prole, ultra low power consumpon and fast posioning capability.
Combining advanced AGPS called EASY™ (Embedded Assist System) and proven AlwaysLocate™ technology, L70 achieves the
highest performance and fully meets the industrial standard. EASY™ technology ensures L70 can calculate and predict orbits
automacally using the ephemeris data (up to 3 days) stored in internal RAM memory, so L70 can x posion quickly even at
indoor signal levels with low power consumpon. With AlwaysLocate™ technology, L70 can adapvely adjust the on/o me
to achieve balance between posioning accuracy and power consumpon according to the environmental and moon
condions.
Addional feature of embedded logger funcon called LOCUS allows L70 to log posion informaon to internal ash memory
at default intervals of 15 seconds and provide typically more than 16 hours log capacity without adding cost.
The Fitness Low Power (FLP) feature provides low power GPS soluon for tness applicaon. It is an opmized soluon for
wearable, tness and tracking device and only costs 5mA current consumpon in stac receiving.
With its ny design, high precision and sensivity, L70 is perfectly suitable for a broad range of M2M applicaons such as
portable device, automove, personal tracking, security and industrial PDA.
