Description This property, of type Unsigned32, represents the minimum
number of seconds that the Present_Value shall remain in
the INACTIVE state after a write to the Present_Value
property causes that property to assume the INACTIVE
state.
The mechanism used for this is described in the WAGO
BACnet/IP Controller 750-830 Manual in the section "Pri-
oritization".

number of seconds that the Present_Value shall remain in
the ACTIVE state after a write to the Present_Value prop-
erty causes that property to assume the ACTIVE state.
