PROBLEM CAUSES CORRECTION
1. Turn unit off, unplug it, &
tighten or replace fittings or
components.
2. Replace faulty check valve.
1. Loose connection or leak (pipe,
tank drain valve, tubing, fit-
ting or hose).
2. Faulty check valve.
12. Tank loses pressure rapidly
when compressor shuts off.
1. Check for leaks or restrictions
in hose or piping. Repair.
2. Clean or replace filter.
3. Tighten belt (refer to Belt
Align ment & Adjustment).
4. Replace with larger hose or
connec tors.

larger compressor.

proper set ting / replace faulty
regulator.

humid atmosphere.

humidity or condensation.

to proper torque or replace
