SOLUTION
Check the wiring
Check the wiring instructions
Check your router settings:

Relay can ONLY connect to a .GHz
router broadcasting with a  MHz
bandwidth
When using a dual band router: Dual band routers
operate in 2.4GHz and 5GHz modes simultaneously.
Relay CANNOT connect to the 5GHz network, it can
ONLY connect to the 2.4GHz network.
Relay can ONLY connect to the 2.4GHz router
broadcasting with a 20 MHz bandwidth, NOT when the
2.4GHz router is broadcasting with a 40MHz bandwidth
 Check that security is set to WPA-PSK not WEP
