Chapter 5: Using System Reports

Links Activities Report
The Links Activities Report is a history report of all activities related to mother and infant transmitters that were
linked in the system. This report includes any activity that triggered an event for the linked transmitters. The
Links Activities Report includes:
Name—the name of the infant or mother.
Tx—the identification number of the infant or mother transmitter involved.
Activity—the description of the event.
Time—the time of the event.
MTx—the identification number of the mother transmitter involved.
Location—the device that received the event.
Attendant—the staff member who cleared the event (when applicable).
By clicking the Filter button on the top of the Link Activities Report, you can select the criteria to run a specific
report.
Patient Reports
Patient reports are specific to the individual patient. They are accessed from the Main tab of the patient’s Admit
Information window. The patient reports are as follows:
Review Info Report
The Review Info Report identifies admit information that was entered for the patient. The Review Info Report
includes the patient’s picture, if entered, and demographic information for the patient and the patient’s contacts.
It also includes medical history information and any special instructions that were entered. The Review Info
Report lists the patient’s physician and/or attendant along with the patient’s allergies and medication information.
