Reports
Response Time
The Response Time Report lists the response time for specific events that have occurred in the system in six-
month segments and then provides a bar graph to track the response time (in seconds) for those events. By
clicking on an event link at the bottom of the report, you can access the Response Time Reasons Report. This
report provides detailed information about the Event Cause that was selected each time an Event was cleared.

Clicking on the Event Cause link at the bottom of the Reasons Report opens a Reason Detail Report that list the
all events that went into the calculation of the Response Time Report. The Reasons Detail Report includes:
Date—the date and time the event occurred.
Response Time—the amount of time it took for the
staff to respond and clear the event.
Responder—the staff member who responded to
the event.
Location—the unit or room to which the device is
assigned.
Tx—the identification number of the transmitter.
Patient—the name of the device or the patient to
whom the device is assigned.
