Reports
Clicking on the Event Cause link at the bottom of the Reason Report opens a Reason Detail Report that list the
all events that went into the calculation of the JCAHO Report. The Reasons Detail Report includes:
Date—the date and time the event occurred.
Response Time—the amount of time it took for the staff to respond and clear the event.
Responder—the staff member who responded to the event.
Location—the unit or room to which the device is assigned.
Tx—the identification number of the transmitter.
Patient—the name of the device or the patient to whom the device is assigned.
