Answer Phone Calls
The following information lets you know how to answer incoming calls, mute the ringer on incoming
calls, reject incoming calls, and more.
When you receive a phone call from a contact, the sub screen appears and displays the caller name.
When you receive a phone call from someone who is not stored in Contacts, the phone number
appears on the Incoming call screen.
Note: If your phone is turned off, all calls automatically go to voicemail.
Answer an Incoming Call
1. Whenacallarrives,presstheCall Key or Left soft key . The call begins.
2. Toendthecall,presstheEnd/powerkey . The call ends.
Mute the Ringing Sound
To mute the ringer without rejecting the call, you can press the Volume key down.
Reject an Incoming Call
When a call arrives, press the Right soft key or the End/power key to reject it.
The ringtone or vibration will stop and the call will be sent directly to voicemail (if voicemail is
activated).
In-Call Screen Layout and Operations
While you’re on a call, you will see a number of onscreen options.
Speaker:Routethephone’saudiothroughthespeaker(On)orthroughtheearpiece(Off).
o PresstheLeft soft key
toactivateSpeakertoroutethephone’saudiothroughthespeaker. (You can adjust the
speaker volume using the Volume key.)
