3. Safety instructions
Improper use can lead to personal injury or property
damage.
◆ Never use the available radio system (e.g. DuoFern radio
system) and its components for the remote control of devic-
es and systems with increased safety-related requirements
or where there is an increased risk of accidents. Applications
of this kind require additional safety equipment.
◆ Children must not be permitted to play with the roller shutter
control. Watch the moving roller shutters whilst carrying out
the settings and keep other people away from the area to
avoid injury in the event the shutters suddenly slip.
◆ Secure roller shutter and awning systems against automatic
start-up* if you are carrying out cleaning and maintenance
work on systems of this kind.
