The outbound C/I+N threshold on the serving cell for handover and for evaluating handover
candidates. RFN recommend this value for increasing the likelihood of the call staying within the
RFN cell.
6.3.14 brBrBand = 2 (800 MHz)
Specifies the operating band of the System. RFN currently supports the 800Mhz band.
