User can generate printouts from scale manually when indication is stable
after pressing key

Notice:
If during manual print occurs an error of exceeding weighing range on [+],
scale will generate frame: ^ CR LF. However if during manual print occurs
an error of exceeding weighing range on [-], scale will generate frame: v
CR LF.
