set contact <new contact> Set the name of the site manager

Set the mode and speed of each Ethernet port

Resets both the IDU and the ODU. The user is warned that the command
will reset the ODU. A new Telnet session to the ODU may be opened
after the reset is complete. (Watch the IDU LEDs.)
