The RAID™ Fly Stick (US Item #FSTIK) and its packaging are not considered to be biodegradable, and no claims were made on the
products’ packaging indicating biodegradability. No biodegradability testing was performed on these products. Given that the RAID™
Fly Stick (US Item #FSTIK) is a non-recyclable article, it is expected that the product will become solid waste following use as directed.
Regarding the disposal of the fly stick after use, the packaging and labels provided by PIC Corporation state, “To discard, wrap used fly
stick securely in newspaper, paper or plastic bag and dispose of in trash receptacle” (Appendix A). Thus, it is expected that the product
will go to a landfill as solid waste. Considering that there is no intended release of chemicals, and that these products do not contain
insecticides or other chemicals of concern, the RAID™ Fly Stick (US Item #FSTIK) is not anticipated to pose a significant environmental
risk when disposed of as directed.

Due to the nature of the product (stationary stick), no intended chemical release is anticipated. Considering that the nature of this
product and its intended use does not lead to repeat, long-term exposures, dermal exposure was considered to be the most significant
exposure pathway for this article. As documented in the Regulatory and Toxicology Questionnaires and/or Supplier Certification letters,
as well as statements of compliance and confirmation through personal communication (Confidential Supplier to the PIC Corporation
2011a-k), the components of the RAID™ Fly Stick (US Item #FSTIK) are free of any SCJ RUMs, compounds listed by the International
Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) or the National Toxicology Program (NTP), California Proposition 65 chemicals, or any
Substances of Very High Concern (Annex XIV EC 1907/2006) (Confidential Supplier 2011a-k).

Although incidental dermal exposure to the glue that coats the tube of the fly stick may occur when the package is initially opened, the
glue does not contain any substances of concern (Confidential Supplier to the PIC Corporation 2011b, c, d, e, h, i, j, k). Furthermore,
Pick Corporation received certification that at least one of the three compounds within the glue is compliant with the US FDA
regulations for food contact (Confidential supplier to the PIC Corporation 2011k). Based on this information, the RAID™ Fly Stick (US
Item #FSTIK) does not present a significant human health concern.
