HELPFUL INFORMATION:
1. All fasteners are included with each component.*
2. For professional looking results, space posts equally.
3. Maximum post spacing: 6’.
Check & comply with your local building codes.*
4. The maximum distance from the edge of a glass
panel and/or a picket to a post or wall is 4".
5. Glass panels are available in 42" or 66" widths to fit 4' or
6' railing sections, respectively. If your railing section is a
different size, pickets can be used to fill any remaining
space beside glass panel. Space posts accordingly.
6. If using glass panels, also purchase glass gaskets.
1. Place the bottom post on the last stair tread or on the landing.
2. Estimate the stair rail length by measuring the distance between
posts, parallel to the nose of the stairs. (Fig.1) - Max. 6'
3. Use Stair Connectors to attach stair rails to posts.
4. Install stair pickets and spacers. Note: stair pickets and spacers
are different than regular pickets and spacers.
DO NOT USE REGULAR PICKETS AND SPACERS ON STAIR RAILINGS.
