MJSI Warranty Information
TERMS OF THE WARRANTY
This limited warranty of MJSI applies to tile distributed by MJSII. The product purchased will be
free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase.
This warranty is deemed void if industry wide standard recommended applications are not
followed. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY, MGPI MAKES NO OTHER
WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MGPI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS
ALL WARRANTIES NOT STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT
MAY BE IMPOSED BY LAW ARE LIMITED TO THE TERMS OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.
No other warranties are applicable beyond the details mentioned hereof.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that may
vary from state to state. You are advised to consult applicable state laws for a full
determination of your rights.
All warranty claims must be reported immediately. All products must be inspected prior to
installation. After installation, MJSI disclaims any liabilities.
This warranty will not cover:
• Damage from customer misuse including negligence, physical, or chemical abuse.
• Defects due to installation
• Tiles must be 100% inspected prior to installing. MJSI will not accept responsibility for
defects found after tile installation.
During transit, pebbles may separate from the mesh backing. This is normal. Pebbles can be
easily reattached to the mesh backing using construction adhesive. MJSI tiles are manufactured
from natural products and may contain variation in pebble sizes, coloring, finish and texture. It
is recommended to blend tiles from different boxes when installing pebble tiles. As part of a
regular maintenance schedule, natural stone products should be sealed with a penetrating sealer.
