LIMITED WARRANTY
MJSI hereby extends this Limited Warranty to Pebble Tile (“product”) distributed by MJSI. The
product as purchased will be free of defects in workmanship, and manufacturing for a period of
one year from date of purchase.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, MJSI MAKES NO OTHER
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MJSI EXPRESSLY
DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED FOR HEREIN. ALL
SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE EXCLUDED.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, MJSI SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR
RESPONSIBILITY TO CUSTOMER OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY WITH
RESPECT TO ANY LIABILITY, LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED OR ALLEGED TO BE
CAUSED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY BY THE PRODUCT.
NOTWITHSTANDING the above limitations, MJSI’s liability hereunder for damages
incurred by customer or others shall not exceed the amount paid by customer for the product.
All product must be fully inspected prior to installation. All product damage or other
claims must be reported to MJSI immediately. This warranty will not cover:
1. Damage from customer issues, including negligence, physical or chemical abuse;
2. Installation not in conformance with industry-wide recommendations; and
3. Damage caused by improper applications or use.
During transit, mesh backing may separate from the product. Such separation may be
corrected by reattaching mesh backing with construction adhesive. Such separation will not give
rise to a warranty claim or claim for damage.
MJSI Pebble Tiles derive from natural products and may contain variations in size,
coloring, finish and texture. It is recommended to blend tiles from different boxes when
installing. Natural stone products should be sealed with a penetrating sealer as part of the regular
maintenance schedule.
