SECTION 8: Exposure Controls and Personal Protection
The recommendations described in this section are provided as general guidance for minimizing
exposure when handling this product. Because use conditions will vary depending upon customer
applications, specific safe handling procedures should be developed by a person knowledgeable of
the intended use, working conditions, and equipment.
RESPIRATORY PROTECTION:
Use in a well ventilated and/or open area. Use appropriate
NOISH approved organic vapor cartridge respirator equipment
when occupational exposure limits are exceeded.
VENTILATION:
Local exhaust and or mechanical ventilation in confined or
poorly ventilated spaces are recommended.
PROTECTIVE GLOVES:
Wear Neoprene or non‐soluble plastic gloves.
EYE PROTECTION:
Use Approved splash goggles.
PROTECTIVE CLOTHING:
Wear long-sleeve clothing selected for condition exposure
potential.
INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE:
Before eating or smoking, wash hands and face to remove
residual contamination.
