Coverage Rates (Theoretical)
Application
1. Blok-Lok™ with Grafti Control should be
applied using low pressure airless spray
equipment.
2. Avoid atomizing material by using a spray
tip size of .035 to .051. Spray head should
be held 8 to 12 inches from the surface
so that the ood coat runs down the wall
approximately 6-12 inches below the point of
application.
3. Avoid application in windy weather.
4. Trigger gun off at the end of each pass to
avoid using excessive materials. Stop all
applications only at corners, joints, seams, or
edges.
5. Apply second coat after rst coat has been
allowed to penetrate for approx. 20 minutes.
Immediately roll or brush out runs and drips to
ensure even appearance.

Description
Blok-Lok™ with Grafti Control is a water-based,
silane/siloxane grafti & water repellent that
combines high-quality penetrating chemical
solids with an acrylic surface treatment
component, to create a clear, deep-penetrating,
and non-lm-forming chemically-reactive
masonry water repellent that contains no silicone
oils, parafn wax, or urethanes.
Micro-Lok™ creates a micro-molecular chemical
and mechanical bond between the water-
repellent chemicals and the substrate. Blok-
Lok™with Grafti Control penetrates deep into
porous masonry surfaces to provide long-lasting
and virtually indestructible water-repellent
protection that is not affected by weather or
sunlight. The acrylic surface component make
grafti easy to remove with VandlClean™ Super
or Grafti Removal Spray.
Blok-Lok™ with Grafti Control provides superior
grade, heavy-duty grafti and water repellent
performance on a wide variety of vertical
surfaces. Sealing the pores of the surface will
make grafti easier to clean using VandlClean
Super. This material comes in Ready To Use and
Concentrate formulas.
