PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Rainguard PLUGGER 10 is a high-performance modified silicone acrylic

water repellent and sealer for application on painted and unpainted sur-

faces. May be used as a primer to seal previously painted or wood sub-

strates.

Features and Benefits:

 Flexible and breathable

 Helps prevents efflorescence

 Protects wood from swelling, shrinking, or grain raising

 Seals and binds chalked surfaces and improves adhesion of top-

coat materials

 May be applied to previously painted and properly prepared

surfaces

 May be applied to concrete or stucco as a curing agent to pro-

mote hardening

HOW TO USE

Rainguard PLUGGER 10 is supplied ready to use. DO NOT THIN. Mix

thoroughly prior to use. Avoid application in windy weather. In hot

weather, lightly dampen surfaces with clean fresh water to avoid prema-

ture or flash drying.

Porous Vertical Surfaces

Start first coat application at the top of the wall. Apply flood coat with a

6”- 8” rundown and back-roll material into surface voids. Apply second

coat when the first coat is dry.

Vertical Concrete Surfaces

Material may be applied as soon as the forms are removed. Surfaces

shall be clean and free of form oils and release agents. Start first coat

application at the top of the wall. Apply saturation coat and back roll

materials. Apply second coat when the first coat is dry.

Horizontal Concrete Surfaces Apply two saturation coats to damp concrete to assist the curing and hardening process. Apply one saturation coat to existing concrete surfaces to dustproof surfaces. Remove excess standing or ponding materials with a roller. Caution: PLUGGER 10 is not recommended for application to surfaces subject to wheeled traffic. Brick Apply one saturation coat with run-down and back roll material. Apply second saturation coat when the first coat is dry.
