Access: Read-only
Reset Value: 0x00000220 in small bond-out mode
0x0001220 in large bond-out mode
• IDENT: Identifier
This field indicates the device identifier 0x0220.
• PKG: Package
This bit reflects the state of the data bus width signal DBW and indicates the SIAP package size.
