Thedynamicrangeisdefinedbytheratioofthesaturationleveltothetemporalrms

Theincreaseofdynamicrangewiththeverticalfrequencyisduetothereductionofdark
currentwhentheverticalfrequencyincreases(inparticularreductionoftransfertime
wherethedeviceisnolongerintheMPPmode).
Foroutputfrequencieslowerthan20MHz/output,itisrecommendedtocut-offtheout-
putamplifierbandwidthbymeansofanoffchipcapacitancesoastominimizeamplifier
noise.Todosotheoutputamplifierbandwidthhastobeadjustedat5timestheoutput
frequency.Theresultsgivenabovetakeintoaccountthisoptimizationofamplifiernoise.
