1 PWM clock cycle
Note 1: One PWM counter countdown interval = CNR + 1.If CNR is
loaded as
zero, PWM counter will be stopped.
Note 2: Programmer can feel free to write data to CNR at any time,
and it will be reloaded when PWM counter reaches zero.
