 2 0.1 µF chip capacitor (no marking, usually brown) [C1]
 2 1 µF electrolytic surface mount capacitors (Silver, marked 1 µF)

 4 10K ohm resistors (Marked 103 on black side) [R5,6]
 2 680 ohm resistors (Marked 681 on black side) [R1]

 Small-tipped soldering iron, usually called a pencil iron. Call Ramsey for
more details or to order a soldering iron capable of surface mount if you do
not have one.
 Eye Loupe
 Pair of tweezers
 Length of very thin solder
 Patience, it counts as a tool.
 A stand or kit vise to solidly hold the board while assembling.
