RANCHO DUAL STEERING STABILIZER KIT RS64101

Fits Jeep JK 2007 and Newer Models

— The installation of this kit requires two Rancho RS5405 or RS7405MT steering stabilizers (not included).

— This kit will work only on vehicles with at least a 2” lift and 2" tall front bump stop spacers (not included).

This prevents the steering stabilizer bracket from hitting the track bar at full compression travel.

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS THOROUGHLY FROM START TO FINISH BEFORE BEGINNING INSTALLATION

1) Park the vehicle on a level surface and set the

parking brake. Place the wheels in a straightforward

position.

2) Remove any OE or aftermarket steering stabilizers

and mounting brackets.

3) Attach tie rod bracket RS176359 to top driver side of

tie rod using U-bolts and hardware supplied in kit

RS860745. Install bracket 1.5” from tie rod adjuster

clamp. Snug hardware and rotate bracket slightly

forward to allow stabilizer stem to rest in opening of

tie rod adjuster clamp. Torque U-bolts to 15 ft. lbs.

See Illustrations 1 and 2.

NOTE: Tie rod bracket may contact sway bar end link during

a full left turn.

U-Bolts Contact at Full Turn Mounting Stud RS176706 RS176707 1.5” Illustration 4 RS176359 Illustration 2 4) Attach other tie rod bracket RS176359 to top passenger side of tie rod using u-bolts and hardware supplied in kit RS860745. Install bracket 39” from driver side bracket. Measure from the furthest outside face of each bracket. Rotate bracket slightly forward. Torque U-bolts to 15 ft. lbs.
