Windows 2000 and 2003 Server Keyboard Limitations
Due to an operating system limitation, the following keyboard
combinations do not work with a US-International keyboard layout when
using Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 servers.
• Right Alt+D
• Right Alt+I
• Right Alt+L
Note: Right Alt may be labeled as AltGr on keyboards that specifically
have US/International markings on the keys.
