sensorstoasinglelogicalone.
Configuring Environmental Sensors and Thresholds
Tomakesensorsmoreuseful,youshouldrenamethelogicalsensorsthat
areinuseandconfiguretheirthresholdsettings.Configuringthresholds
forthesesensorsallowsDominionPXtogenerateanalertwhenever
environmentalfactorsatthosesensorsmoveoutsideofyourideavalues.
1. FromtheEnvironmentalSensorspage,locatethelogi
calsensors
thathavebeenmappedtophysicalsensorsasdescribedabove.
2. IntheNamefield,typeanewnameforeachmappedsensorthatwill
helpyouidentifythesensoranditspurpose.
3. Configuretheupperandlowerthresholdsforeachsensorinuse.
TheUpperCriticalandLowerCriticalvaluesarepointsatwhich
theDominionPXconsiderstheoperat
ingenvironmentiscritical,
andoutsidetherangeoftheacceptablethreshold.
Oncecritical,thetemperatureorhumiditymustdropbelowthe
UpperNonCritical(orraiseabovetheLowerNonCritical)value
beforetheDominionPXconsiderstheenvironmenttobeacceptable
again.
