control.ItispossibletobelockedoutofyourKXII‐101ifyourIP
Addressiswithinarangethathasbeendeniedaccess.
ThisfeaturelimitsaccesstotheKXII‐101devicebyusersintheselected
grouptospecificIPaddresses.Thisfeatureappliesonlytousers
belongingtoaspecificgroup,unliketheIPAccessControlListfeature
whichappliestoallaccessattemptstothedevice,isprocessedfirst,and
ta
kespriority.RefertoIPAccessControl(onpage151)formore
inform
ation.
UsetheIPACLsectionoftheGrouppagetoadd,insert,replace,and
deleteIPaccesscontrolrulesonagroup‐levelbasis.
¾ To add (append) rules:
1. TypethestartingIPAddressintheStartingIPfield.
2. TypetheendingIPAddressintheEndingIPfield.
3. ChoosetheActionfromtheavailableoptions:
Accept.IPAddressesspecifyingacceptareallowedaccesstothe
KXII‐101device.
Drop.IPAddressesspec
ifyingdroparedeniedaccesstotheKX
II‐101device.
4. ClickAppend.Theruleisaddedtothebottomoftherules list.
5. Repeatsteps1through4foreachruleyouwanttoenter.
